Vertical Wind Tunnel (DRT)There are two models: open and closed.<br> <br>❖ Open Type DRT: <br>- Does not provide protection against weather conditions, thus cannot be used in rainy weather. It is challenging to conduct training in hot summers and cold winters. <br>- Has a short lifespan (approximately 2-3 years). <br>- Has low airflow speed. <br>- Consumes 3 times more energy compared to closed systems. <br>- Primarily used for recreational purposes today, as it does not support military equipment or flight.<br> <br>❖ Closed Type DRT: <br>- Features high airflow speed. <br>- Provides uninterrupted training in all weather conditions. <br>- Suitable for both military and recreational parachuting training. <br>- Has a significantly longer lifespan.<br> <br><br>❖ TT 25 Vertical Wind Tunnel:<br><br> - Manufactured by Tunnel Tech (formerly SkyVenture), the world's first and largest DRT producer.<br> <br>- Can be constructed in an area comparable to an open DRT.<br> <br>- Operates quietly and is suitable for military use.<br> <br>- TT 25 DRT can be built in dimensions of 11x5 meters and can be constructed up to 7 meters underground, with the flight chamber at ground level.<br> <br>- Surrounding structures can be mounted for use as a normal closed-type DRT, offering cost-effective operation.<br> <br>- With a wind speed of 240 km/h, it is suitable for various types of training (typical closed-type DRTs have an average speed of 250 km/h).<br> <br>- Achieves this airflow speed with a 450 kW motor, providing 3 times the energy savings compared to open-type DRTs and 4 times compared to larger closed-type DRTs.<br>
